As the Manager of Creative Development I am responsible for the design, production and updating of six public websites, nine broker extranets and the internal Intranet site.
For over a decade our public sites were in need of an overhaul and under my direction we reviewed several thousand pages for content, usability and accessibility. They were recently re-launched with a focus on how the customer sees their relationship with SGI instead of the previous architecture which was developed around how SGI was structured internally.
